Windows 10: Error Code: 30005 StartService EasyAntiCheat_EOSSys failed with 1275. - Rust

Error 1275: This driver has been blocked from loading.

I am currently trying to start a mid 2000's game which requires the driver SecDRV.SYS to be running to check the disc is inserted to validate ownership, previously on Windows 7 the driver has worked fine (I have not played the game (Command & Conquer: Generals
- Delux Edition) in ages.) Does anyone know how to unblock this driver from loading, or more importantly start the game?

I have tried all the methods online which have claimed to previously worked, such as starting it in an elevated command prompt (Both as SYSTEM and Administrator), by modifying the registry and by using MMC to start the service on boot as SYSTEM and as myself.

Here is what the error looks like in the command prompt (Its the same with or without elevation):

After my regular manual Windows 7 update, a yellow & blue shield began blinking in my system tray. Hovering over it, I received message "StartService is requesting your permission." Earlier in the day, I agreed to a required step in order to gain entry
to information on a website. Have I acquired a PUP ? I run Microsoft Essentials but no other anti-virus. My Malwarebytes is out of date. It wants me to install an updated version. Will that allow me to get rid of StartService ?

 

BIOS error codes

So I have motherboard with installed small LED screen, which presents BIOS error codes.

Where can I find a list of those errors. And I don't mean beep codes, but the "number" codes.

Ex after installing sound card, the motherboard startup fails with the code 15.
