Windows 10: Error code 39: mouse cursor/mouse not working at all

Hello, I’m having a issue with my mouse I was randomly just on my browser then my mouse just completely stopped working and the cursor disappeared, I had reset my computer after I saw it disappeared thinking that would fix it.Later to realize it did not fix it, so I started to look into it more and looked up a couple videos on how to fix it, in summary they told me to go to device manager and try to delete the drivers on the HID-mouse thing, I did just that, then reset my pc again and still nothing works. I found another video telling me to go into my reg edit and delete something called filt

• Does this issue occurs in other hardware components like keyboard and mouse?
• What is the make and model of your computer?
• Do you get same error when you connect your extenal hard drive to a different computer running Windows 10?

No mouse cursor

It is possible that the system did not recognize the mouse of your computer after it booted up. This can be the reason why you do not see the mouse cursor. Kindly perform a power cycle to refresh the power of the computer. To do this, follow these steps:

• Shutdown the computer.
• After shutting it down, remove the battery (if you're using a laptop) and disconnect the computer from the charger.
  
• Wait for 1 minute.
• After 1 minute, attach the battery and turn on the computer.
• Check if you will see the mouse cursor.
