Windows 10: Error code 43 no fix works

i recently got error code 43 for my intel hd 4600 i dont have an external gpu and i have tried many fixes such as
-reinstalling drivers
-rolling back drivers
-updating bios
-reinstalling windows
-going back a previous build
none of them have worked for me
my specs are
Intel core i5 4460
8gm ram
Intel hd 4600

Ati Code 43 Error Help

I posted a thread probably about a month ago about having trouble getting tripple crossfire to work, but got it working, but now I cant find it. So anywho, I was playing a game and the drivers stopped responding on 2 of the cards and crossfire of course was then disabled. It said one of the following video hardware is incompatible with the driver/software installed. This just happened out of the blue. I was smooth sailing for awhile playing games with 3x crossfire. Luckily I wrote down all the steps I took to install it correctly the first time, using cleaning tools etc. It works with installing 1 card of course, but as soon as the second card is installed, then I bridge the two together I get the incompatible error(code 43). Apparently its a ATI driver issue with 8.10-9.2 versions. I looked on the ATI forums and I am far from the only one with this code 43 nightmare. I went through hell and back getting this to work reinstalling the OS etc from the beginning and cant take the time to have this happen again *Mad . I did try reinstalling the mobo chipset drivers, but it didnt work. Maybe im better off with 1 nice big video card. I know either ATI or Nvidia is perfect cause I had my nightmares with nvidia before with drivers not responding issues. I think if I stuck with 1 big card I could avoid these issues that I do not always have time to fix. I know if I format and reinstall it will probably work, but I dont want a repeat which will most likely happen. If anyone has any tips I have not tried which I didnt list everything little detail I performed, it could be usefull. If I tried it ill let ya know *Smile Thanks guys

 

Windows 10 / Nvidia 1030 - Code 43

After a Windows (Win 10 Home) update yesterday afternoon my son's PC reported the problem shown in the image below.




The result of this means he cannot play the very popular "Fortnite" game which reports this error.





Assuming the problem is caused by either the Windows Update or a driver update have done the following;

• Re-installed the latest Nvidia Driver. This didn't fix the problem.
• Installed the previous set of Nvida Drivers. This didn't fix the problem.
• Via the Control Panel / Device Manager I disabled and enabled the device. This didn't fix the problem.
• Via the Control Panel / Device Manager I used the "update driver" feature. This didn't fix the problem.
• I did a system restore to the day before. This did not complete with Windows reporting the Anti Virus software may have prevented the process. Default Windows Defender is the AV.
• I disabled the AV and tried system restore again. This didn't fix the problem.

In all other areas the system is functioning fine although my son said he had low FPS on Rainbow Six Siege which he tried to play when Fortnite wouldn't launch.

The PC is just over a week old so I am doubtful of any hardware issues with no other symptoms or errors showing.

So...any ideas or suggestions for next steps please?
