Windows 10: Error Code 43 on an RX 570 HD Video Card

First off let me say that Win 10 is absolutely the worst version of windows yet. I had the above card in this machine working just fine for 8 months. When it suddenly went dark no video. After going through all the regular checks that can be done with no video. I sent the card back to xfx for them to asses. It passed all of their bench tests and was sent back to me. Put it back in my machine and still nothing. I activated my on board video and low and behold "Error 43". I think I have located the problem but can't fix it. It is the driver signature, when I install the driver I get the pop up window, "This Driver Does Not Have a Valid signature and look in the App store. THERE ARE NO DEVICE DRIVERS IN THE APP STORE. I disabled the Driver Signature in troubleshooting. Now here is the kicker, you have to reboot for this to take effect, But this lovely version of windows won't save the changes, the reboot brings me right where I started. I've scanned on line on how to fix the save problem, that brought me to attempt the required changes in my user account, and the nightmare continues, According to my user account I'm not verified, again back to the save problem I've tried six times to verify my account but the data does not save.

So lets review, Windows wants me to download my device drivers from a place where their are none.

So can you creators of "The Best Version of Windows Ever" let me know where I go from here. Or will this just go unanswered like all the other posts I see here.

Error code 43 on RX 560

Ok I ordered a RX 560 off of amazon (amazon warehouse)

Also here are my parts

Corsair CX Smart 650w

MSI B250i Mobo

MSI RX 560

Western Digital 3tb HDD

Sandisk g26 240G

Coolermaster gaming elite 110 mini itx case

When I installed the RX 560 GPU I looked in Device manager and it said (code 43 windows has stopped this product) or something similar

Yes I re-installed the drivers

Yes it was from amazon warehouse

Any suggestions for me to try and fix this?

Or should I return it

When I set it to show hidden devices, I saw nothing new. The only thing is that there have been no new events since Saturday. I don't know if that's good or bad.

Thanks to those instructions, I am no longer getting the black screen. But I am still getting the Code 43 error even after rolling back to the last two drivers. What would be my next step? Thanks for your help.
