Windows 10: Error code 45 Currently, this hardware device is not connected to the computer.

Recently, whenever I connect to wifi my asus laptop will connect to the wifi soon after turning on from being shut down and I can use the wifi like normal. But after I start playing an online game that requires wifi, it will run for the first couple of minutes until my wifi symbol disappears in the bottom right and I lose all connectivity to the internet. The wifi symbol will only show up again after I restart then shutdown my computer a few times until it then shows up again.
