    Error Code 45- Devices unplugged


    Hi, I recently downgraded from windows 11 to windows 10 pro on my Lenovo Thinkpad 1x Yoga. After which my touch screen and pen stopped working. I have tried installing and updating these drivers but nothing works. They show up as hidden devices in the Device manager with an error code 45. Saying they are unplugged, run and SFC scan- still didn't work ...i have tried every bit of advice/fix on the internet. Any help to fix this will be highly appreciated, thanks.

    Full error message

    Currently, this hardware device is not connected to the computer. To fix the problem, reconnect this hardware device to the computer. (Code 45)

    Cause

    This error occurs if a device that was previously connected to the computer is no longer connected. To resolve this problem, reconnect this hardware device to the computer.

    Recommended solution

    No solution is necessary. This error code is only used to indicate the disconnected status of the device and does not require a solution. The error code is automatically resolved when you connect the associated device to the computer.

    since I upgraded to windows 10, my Bluetooth disappeared, I have tried everything to re-install it, I found error code 45 on there under control panel hidden devices (Bluetooth sort of listed) under unknown.

    is there a proper fix for this, my Laptop originally came with Bluetooth built in under Windows 8.1
