Windows 10: Error Code: 715-123130 Trying to Download Windows 10 Disc Image from Microsoft on MacBook

Hello,I am currently trying to download Windows 10 Disc Image from Microsoft on my MacBook but it currently hasn't worked. Usually, when I try to open the link, it just buffers forever and never loads. However, one time I got lucky and it gave me an error code of "715-123130" and the website encouraged me to mention that code when I receive help. I really wish I were able to talk on the phone to an agent or online chat so I can do this as soon as possible but I guess Microsoft doesn't believe in that anymore.I need help quickly so I can use Boot Camp to help me install Windows on my MacBook so

How to resolve error Message Code 715-123130

Trying to make back up disc for windows 10 that came pre-loaded to my laptop, however on entering product key I cannot proceed due to error Message Code 715-123130

 

ERROR: Message Code 715-123130 when attempting to download Windows 7 ISO

- I'm trying to download Windows 7 .iso image using the product key located underneath my laptop, but I face the same problem:

"We encountered a problem with your request. Please visit
Microsoft Support Contact Us page for assistance. Refer to Message Code 715-123130 and Transaction ID c161f023-f2d1-4e12-b623-c4cae15366d5."

- I' running windows 10 currently, and my laptop is HP620

I tried downloading windows 10 ISO file on my Macbook Pro (2019) for the second time since I removed it. Now I'm getting an error.
