Windows 10: Error Code 80004001

Hi,


I turned on my computer today to be greeted with a blue screen with only the options of Troubleshoot and Turn off your PC.


Under Troubleshoot, System restore comes up with an error "you must specify which windows installation to restore. Restart this computer, select an operating system and then select System Restore"


Start up repair attempts repairs but then says it could not coming up with a blank Log file:


Go back to previous version does nothing


Using system image recovery I can see all of my files are still intact.


Using sfc/scannow from CommandPrompt comes back with "Windows Resource Protection could not perform the requested operation"


I do not have Startup Setting option in troubleshoot. Unable to access desktop even after creating installation media.


Do you have any ideas on how to resolve this issue? I really do not want to lose any of my files.

Error Code 80004001

Hi, after installing the fall update a few days ago, my laptop has now refused to boot and all I get is a blue screen with the Error code 80004001. I'm not able to use system restore or go back to the previos version and neither am I able to reset
it.
