Windows 10: Error code 80004005 when trying to add a work account to my laptop

My current work laptop was originally set up using my own personal microsoft account. Our company has recently shifted to using dedicated microsoft work accounts with our own domain and i was asked to change accounts on my laptop to the work account i was assigned. I've logged out of my original microsoft account and am now using a local account but cant seem to add my work account. I keep getting this error instead. Is there any way I can fix this?

80004005 Error Code when trying to sync email account

My mobile provider has its own email server for customers. In phone settings "email+accounts" I have the option to set up/add an account and listed is my mobile providers account as an option to set up with my email address and password. When it syncs I
get error code 80004005. When I try to set up using "other account" and "advanced setup" I still get the same error code. I have the correct incoming and outgoing addresses.



Any takers ?

I have been trying to update my phone, I have a Nokia Lumina 710 and each time I try I get an error code, 80004005. Any suggestions?
