Windows 10: Error code after resetting computer

Hello I recently reset my computer to sell it as I wasn't using it anymore and the people who bought it are running into an issue.When setting up the computer it's telling them they need to reactivate the windows 11 that should be installed to the hard drive of the computer.They even bought a new windows 11 key and it's giving them the same error code.

BIOS error codes

So I have motherboard with installed small LED screen, which presents BIOS error codes.

Where can I find a list of those errors. And I don't mean beep codes, but the "number" codes.

Ex after installing sound card, the motherboard startup fails with the code 15.

• Type, WSReset.exe, then hit enter.
