Windows 10: error code: Not found 404. 0x80190194 -2145844844 HTTP_E_STATUS_NOT_FOUND

I just built this system, it is a Amd Ryzen 5 5600x with MSI B550 Mother board 64gig ram and a Amd Radeon RX6500 xt, it is a modest system but works. I have the newest update to windows 10 home version 10.0.19045. I was working on a video in Adobe Premier pro 2023 version and when I go between work spaces example: editing to color the computer dose a hard crash, I have repeated the issue multiple times. Forza Horizon 5 (Windows 11) Crashing

Forza Horizon 5 keeps crashing on my pc. There is an exception code "0xc0000005" every time it crashes. Using event viewer, I also found out there is another error:
