Windows 10: Error code when i input my pin in my laptop

Hey there!I have a Samsung galaxy book. Not sure if the model number. I've been logging in using my fingerprint for some time now but it has stopped working. When i go to input my pin it gives me the message: "something went wrong and your PIN isn't available code: 0xd0000225. Restart your device to see if they fixes the problem." That doesn't work. I've also read the other people's questions with the tech support writing back saying to hold down the shift key while restarting and that does nothing, as well. My password doesn't work and i don't remember i guess the answers to the security

BIOS error codes

So I have motherboard with installed small LED screen, which presents BIOS error codes.

Where can I find a list of those errors. And I don't mean beep codes, but the "number" codes.

Ex after installing sound card, the motherboard startup fails with the code 15.

I tried steps of both links:

• #1: reset PIN code
  
  • I see no link "reset your PIN"on login page --> I can't reset it
    
• #2: change or reset windows password
  
  • My Windows account is not displayed at all on login page.
    
  • I am using a local account
    

If you have any other suggestion, I would be more than happy to try.
