    AMD Ryzen 5 2600x six core 3.60GHz16gb RAMNvidia GeForce GTX1660ti500gb SSD NVME1tb 7200rpm HDWin 10 Education 1909Back in April, I had a GPU driver update and also updated a couple of Adobe creative cloud apps in the same session. Since then I have been unable to boot - receiving first the 001 error code, and then the 098.I have tried various methods to fix the issue. There is no access to safe mode, so through cmd prompt I have unsuccessfully tried to fix and rebuild the BCD. x:\Sources>bootrec /fixboot = Access Denied.All volumes/partitions show as healthy according to diskpart.     BSOD 0xc0000001 Bitlocker code not known


    I have a client that has a Microsoft Surface Pro. It has a BSOD error code 0xc0000001. I have tried many ways to repair but I am unable to since Bitlocker has locked the hard drive. The client swears they never activated it and does not know the code to unlock. They did not have a microsoft account so I cant go that route. Any suggestions to unlock hard drive without the bitlocker code?

    Hi,

    The the 0xc0000098 error can appear due to a corrupted BCD (Boot Configuration Data) file. This can be due to a change in the hardware. There is also a possibility that Windows files or the hard drive was damaged on some cases. In this case, we suggest to boot
    from windows 10 installation disc and kindly follow the steps provided by
