Windows 10: Error codes and computer flashes on and off after entering password

Hi, having major problems with computer . HP model number y00IAx . I did ask the question here before but not technially minded enough to do what was asked so went to computer repairer TWICE for repairs but ended up with two bills amd a computer that wont get through loading up the desk top , it just flashes on and off continually . I was getting lots of blue screens and error codes . System Service Exception is one stop code appearing regularly as well as Thread stuck in device driver
Unexpected Store Exception as well as
Page Fault In Nonpaged Area : Stop code
Memory management ??? Repair man said he has updated the BIOS and installed the latest Windows 10 update . He said he spent countless hours resting the memory and said its fine . His last reply was its the wiring at my home ??? How can that be if it does it while running on battery ??? Now I cant get into my computer at all and the repair man will not answer his phone . Please , any ideas ??? Thank you

Did you try the step to clear the password, "To clear the code, type the code you received press and hold the CTRL key and tap ENTER twice"

Can you reply with a picture of the error code? Is the password you need for the BIOS or the HDD? Just asking.

  Open settings
  
• 
  Click on Users and account
  
• 
  Open Sign-in options and tap the
  Change button under Password.
  
• 
  Enter the current password and click Next.
  
• 
  There you can remove the pin password

Reset forgotten/lost main user password in Linux Mint - Linux Mint Community
You can reset your password following the next steps:

• Reboot your computer / Turn your computer on.
• Hold down the Shift key at the start of the boot process to enable the GNU GRUB boot menu (if it does not show)
• Press ESC at the GNU GRUB prompt.
• Press e for edit.
• Use the Arrow keys to highlight the line that begins with kernel and press the e key.
• Go to the very end of the line and add rw init=/bin/bash
• Press Enter and then press b to boot your system.
• Your system will boot up to a passwordless root shell.
• Type in passwd yourusername
• Set your new password.
• Restart your system.
