Windows 10: Error codes and disappearing usbs

I have been using a cruzerglide 256gb usb for mp3 files. I recently bought a sandisk ultra usb 3.0 w/512 gb. Trying to transfer mp3 files to the cruzer glide from the sandisk ultra. When starting, the computer recognizes the cruzer but when I attempt a transfer, gives error code 0x80070003 or ox800701b1 and the cruzer disappears from the list of devices altogether.

Please answer these questions to assist you better.

• Do you get same error codes in the Device manager too?
• Does this issue occurs in other hardware components like keyboard and mouse?
• What is the make and model of your computer?
• Do you get same error when you connect your extenal hard drive to a different computer running Windows 10?

I appreciate the troubleshooting steps you have tried to resolve the issue.

BIOS error codes

So I have motherboard with installed small LED screen, which presents BIOS error codes.

Where can I find a list of those errors. And I don't mean beep codes, but the "number" codes.

Ex after installing sound card, the motherboard startup fails with the code 15.
