Windows 10: error codes and missing files

I am trying to install Origin and I was given two separate error messages:The code execution cannot proceed because VCRUNTIME140.dll was not foundandThe code execution cannot proceed because MSVCP140.dll was not found.I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2019 program and it hasn't fixed it at all. My laptop is updated to the most recent windows version. I have also gone into Command prompt and did a sfc scan to see if I was missing anything and it did not find anything wrong.Any help would be appreciated.

BIOS error codes

So I have motherboard with installed small LED screen, which presents BIOS error codes.

Where can I find a list of those errors. And I don't mean beep codes, but the "number" codes.

Ex after installing sound card, the motherboard startup fails with the code 15.
