Windows 10: ERROR CON RECONOCIMIENTO DE VOZ DE WINDOWS 10

tengo la version de windows 10 1903 compilacion 18362.592

y dejo de funcionar el reconocimiento de voz, al tratar de inciarla dice :


el servidor ha devuelto una referencia

C:WINDOWS\speech\common\sapisvr.exe


alguien puede ayuar a resolverlo ya busque algunas opciones en propiedades de la aplicacion y nada. al parecer con cada actualizacion windows pierde estabilidad.

Voice recognition in the Spanish version of Windows 10

I'm having trouble activating voice recognition in the Spanish version of Windows 10 that I have. There is no "Ease of Access" option in the Accessories, and when I search for "Speech Recognition" I see a "Reconocimiento de voz de Windows," but clicking
on it takes me to the Control Panel where it says, "El Reconocimiento de voz de Windows no esta disponible para el idioma para mostrar actual" (in English- "The Windows Speech Recognition is not available
for the current display language"). I'm also unable to change my language from Spanish to English (another giant fault in Windows that, at least when I was looking into it last year, has no solution). If anyone knows how to help with either issue (setting
up voice recognition or changing my language from Spanish to English) it would be very appreciated.
