Windows 10: error CxO0000225 when I try to reloads my win10 Pro x64

I loaded win10 Pro from this thumb drive last year Recently the system has been running very slow and long waits before opening apps and decided to reload from scratch again and remove all the apps to resolve this. However when I boot from this retail thumb drive now I get an error OxC0000225 and win10 does not load. Can I recover this thumb drive? I have my product key and Microsoft acct.

I did it step by step, but when I try to install this happens:





So, you can see that the modification to the msi is right, that the cd is not in the drive, and the shitty error...

Please help me, and thank a lot...

From the description provided, I understand that Belarc Advisor is notifying you of the updates that needs to be reloaded.

I would suggest you to check if the mentioned KB updates are properly installed from the Windows Update History. I would also suggest you to follow the below steps and see if it helps.

Step 1 Follow these steps to run the Windows inbuilt troubleshooter:

• Write Troubleshooting in the search box and hit enter.

• Click on Troubleshooting tab.
  

• Click on view all option on the upper left corner.
  

• Select the Windows Update option from the list.
  

• Click Next to run theTroubleshooter.

Step 2 Try to use the Windows Update troubleshooter and see if it helps.

Hello,

I need a bootable installation media for Win10 Pro x64 - Build 1607 or 1511 however, Media Creation Tool only downloads 1709 which is not allowed for my application.

How can I get Win10 Pro x64 - Build 1607 or 1511 installation media?
