Windows 10: Error Dism Error 0x800f081e - the specified package is not applicable to this image in MDT

Hi, Recently I want to do a deploy language pack For Example: he-IL Or de-DE and also en-US to MDT,And I encounter this error 0x800f081e when i click "Update Deployment Share"The version is Windows 11 Pro 23H2 Or Enterprise. I'm looking for language pack .cab file suitable for these versions.And I can't find. Someone has a solution?Rodriguez

Add packages to WinPE version 10.0.15063.0

I am unable to add any packages to my WinPE wim file using DISM.

I consistently get the following error:

Error: 0x800f081e

The specified package is not applicable to this image

Does anyone have any suggestions or workarounds?

 

Add Windows PE Setup Language Packs to the Default Boot Image  

I got exactly the same error when I tried to add a language pack into my Windows PE a year ago.

DISM ScanHealth resulted in "The component store is repairable"

I then ran DISM RestoreHealth but at 100% received ERROR "0x800f081f Source files could not be found"

DISM log - I copied what I think is most relevant below.
