Windows 10: Error during payment

HelloI wanted to install Diarium app from microsoft store.I clicked for price button, then entered my card data. Then I clicked "buy" button. Then I saw loader and then I saw error with "Something went wrong" text.I double checked my payment information which I entered in the form. I checked are there enought money on my card. I checked aren't there troubles with my bank in this time.I tryied to pay again. But there are no result. I see the same error Maybe this code will be useful j6RUP6bnJkysVrsgYe/Ovg.203.1.6.6

Payment error in Windows 10....

Hi,

Thanks for the quick response. Unfortunately after going through the steps you suggested above, it made no difference and I still got the error code.

I am based in the UK - do I need to trick the computer into thinking I'm in the States for this to work? To add money to my daughter's account, I have not been going through the Store App, but through settings... accounts... family...etc, but trying to
do it through the store and going through the Payment Options link in the user account, I notice you end up in the same place anyway. After making the changes you suggest, all the prices changed from GBP to Dollars, so something happened but the payment would
still not go through.

If you have any other suggestions, I would be glad to hear them. I can't believe everyone in the UK has this problem!
