Windows 10: Error during reinstalling system

Hi there, yesterday i wanted to reinstall my system, so i downloaded Microsoft Media Creation Tool, created a bootable pendrive, and started to reinstall my Win10. I finished, my pc restarted and... blue screen appeared.

The operating system couldn't be loaded because a critical system driver is missing or contains errors.

Day before reinstalling PC was working perfectly fine. Please, help me guys :c
