Windows 10: Error en recuperación automática Bitlocker.

La laptop se activo el bloqueo de bitlocker, le introduje la clave de recuperación, pero no la hace la recuperación automática. Me dice que da error. Que debo hacer para corregir eso. De antemano muchas gracias po la ayuda que me puedan brindar.

BitLocker key cannot unlock the disk. Neither can i reinstall cause the drive is blocked
