Windows 10: Error encountered with 10 Jan update 0x80070643

Good morningI am having trouble installing one of Wednesday's updates: 2024-01 Security Update for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems KB5034441I keep getting the message 'error encountered 0x80070643'.When I click on the update, the details tell me that Some computers might not have a recovery partition that is large enough to complete this update.To help you recover from this failure, please follow Instructions to manually resize your partition to install the WinRE update.When I click on the above, I am taken to some complicated 9-step instructions. Try to apply the update manually As suggested by Microsoft. I just wrote a
step by step guide.

However be sure that the update itself is downloaded and that the installation part is failing, and not the downloading part.
