    Hello, whenever the computer is idle for a while, I get this error message on a green screen:

    error:{“error”:-4048”syscall”:”ftruncate”,”code”:”EPERM}

    I am able to temporarily resolve issue by clicking OK, Then Ctrl/Alt/Delete, and then cancel.

    But anytimme my computer is idle for a while, the error message comes back.

    I've been experiencing this for a few weeks now.

    I keep getting an error message on a green screen

    Hello, For a while now, I've been getting the following on a green screen:

    error:{"error":4048"syscall":"ftruncate","code":"EPERM}

    I can temporarily get rid of it, by clicking OK and then pressing Ctrl/Alt/Delate, and selecting cancel. Then the screen returns to normal,

    but if the computer isn't used for a while, about 10 min. or so, it happens again.

    No, I am getting this message {"error":-4048"syscall":"fruncate","code":EPERM} irregardless of my running Word.

    As I stated, I happens apprx 10 min. or so after the computer is sitting & I'm not active on it.

    I don't recall getting this message when I'm in the middle of typing something or even actively browsing.

    BIOS error codes

    So I have motherboard with installed small LED screen, which presents BIOS error codes.

    Where can I find a list of those errors. And I don't mean beep codes, but the "number" codes.

    Ex after installing sound card, the motherboard startup fails with the code 15.
