Windows 10: Error event 1023 source Perflib plus warnings event 1008 source Perflib

Erro/Error :O Windows não pode carregar a DLL de contador extensível "C:\WINDOWS\system32\sysmain.dll" código de erro do Win32 Não foi possível encontrar o módulo especificado.. Eu realmente não sei o que aconteceu e como resolver para que NUNCA mais aconteça mas o computador simplesmente congelou e é IMPOSSÍVEL DE SER falha no hardware porque ele é muito NOVO! Vou postar aqui os avisos que ocorreram antes de dar este erro também!Eu também chequei e não existem esses tais serviços na

Did anybody out there ever, ever found a -working- solution for the below eventlog errors.
For Windows 10 x64 stand alone version (not server)
Note that the technet solution does not work

PERFLIB - EVENT 1008

i have lenovo thinkpad running on win 10 pro (x64).

i have noticed , that there are four errors logged in the event viewer - perflib event 1008.

the sanpshot of the errors are attached herewith :









can anyone assist me in resloving the issue.
