    Hi,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

As you have mentioned, you have performed a repair installation on the computer and you see Event 508, 510 and 533 in Event Viewer.

I would like to inform that if you see any critical error in Event Viewer, please share the event logs with us to help you with the appropriate troubleshooting steps. Please follow the steps mentioned below to share the event logs:

      Applications.
    3. Click Filter Current Log from extreme right pane. Then in the new windows check the box beside

    Error, Event 65

    Event 65, AppModel-Runtime

Hello, I am encountering the same exact issue as
    ProfessorCnile
above. I have followed all the proposed solutions listed above, with the exception of running in safe mode. In addition, I've also done a clean re-install of Windows and downgrading the video drivers to a much earlier version. I do not
know what is causing this but it is literally impossible to run any 3d accelerated applications such as games - they invariably freeze up with massive audio stuttering and do not recover - I have to shut down the application through the task manager to regain
control of the system, but I do not get blue-screen errors. Here's a sample log file entry:
