Windows 10: error [HRESULT: 0x00dc352] when casting to device

Discus and support error [HRESULT: 0x00dc352] when casting to device in Windows 10 Network and Sharing to solve the problem; Hello! Whenever I cast to device (='MGS' TV) I receive this error HRESULT: 0x00dc352. Then I click 'play' it works but with the error on the track....     Hello! Whenever I cast to device (='MGS' TV) I receive this error HRESULT: 0x00dc352. Then I click 'play' it works but with the error on the track. take a look at the picture.

    Cast to Device Error 0x80040154 Samsung TV Windows 10

    Hello,

    I recently got a major windows update, and since then I can no longer cast videos from my PC to my TV using cast to device. I get the message "unexpected device error HRESULT: 0x80040154".

    I have tried a lot of things such as reinstalling windows media player, turning off and on my TV and PC, disabling and enabling firewall, removing my TV from devices on PC and re-adding it, disabling and reenabling my home network/streaming options.

    Help please.... I don't know what to do next. And when I google that error code nothing comes up relating to unable to cast to device.

    I can cast pictures, I can cast You Tube to my smart tv. I can not cast videos to it. The videos were working last Sunday... perfectly!

    I was absolutely thrilled when it worked. Played my files all day !!! Now... nothing

    The tv shows "file format not supported"! All updates have been done on both devices, I even had the computer manufacturer

    on LogMeIn. He can't figure it out. The tv manufacturer can't figure it out and Microsoft was on LogMeIn. He can't figure it out.

    Each one points to the other equipment as being faulty. HP computer, brand new, Windows Home,even supports Miracast.

    Miracast is a Philips product!!!

    Philips smart TV, new. Looked at Roku, it doesn't support Philips, even with Plex. Philips is a renderer and it's turned on, nothing.

    TV says it renders, computer says it casts... no video files on the computer plays.

    Cast to device- Philips_Smart_TV box gives error HRESULT:0xc002dc3b6. When I "X" out the cast to device box after the error,

    the Philips_Smart_TV starts scanning again. I JUST SHUT OFF THE CAST TO BOX! Weird. The coordination just isn't there.

    Anyone know what the problem is?
