Windows 10: Error in downloading win 10 iso

Could not download Windows 10 from https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/software-download/windows10ISO. Need Windows 10 English United States 64 bit edition from that website.

Mounting downloaded Windows 10 iso file

I downloaded the Windows 10 update iso file and burned it to a DVD. Now I can't open the iso file because, it appears, File Explorer isn't available as a program in Win 10.

Do you have any suggestions? I've also tried numerous automatic downloads of the Win 10 update and they have all failed with error code 0x80072007. Very frustrating....thanks...
