Windows 10: Error in powering on Windows 11 enterprise on a virtual machine

I am trying to download windows 11 enterprise on a virtual machineoracle virtual box for educational purpose. After I have inserted the ISO Image in the virtual machine, I try to power it up by clicking start but an error appears and the windows does not run/powered on. I am attaching the message that appears on the screen. Please help me solve this problem.

I have a need to run a Windows 11 machine as a virtual machine.

How do I buy a license for this?

Requirements:

- Windows 11 Enterprise

- Running on VirtualBox.

- Not running on any cloud service.

- Purchased from Microsoft, or a seller that can be verified by Microsoft as selling legitimate licenses.

System_service_exception while powering on Virtual Machine

I am using windows 11 and it is a new laptop. i5 11th gen. I have Vmware workstation installed . Everytime I power on my virtual machine it shows system_service_exception and restarts the pc. I have everything updated, but still continues to get the error . Please help me.
