Windows 10: Error in this laptop

Respected microsoft community,

I am R.Joshna. I have a mini laptop called iball compbook with windows 10 software. I dont know but for past few months, the home screen and other were not even working but something wierd came. In blue screen with some options saying choose an option. I tried choosing every option so that I could go back to the home screen but nothing worked. I dont know why it is happening like this. I though it was because of some software error but I am not sure. So, please tell me is this something related to software or the laptop’s hardware or something else and tell me is there any solution for this. thank you!!

Laptop with broken screen How much?

I would like suggestions and look in local stores. I dont wanna buy a laptop from someone online. Sorry. But could be a good idea if you asked him about the performance on older games. Gonna make a list ofall laptops people suggest me.

Remove the screen for space purpose here its small desk and if the screen is opened it will hide my 22 inches lcd
