Windows 10: Error in trying to download roblox

Hey so i have been trying to download roblox on my brand-new computer and i keep getting an error message Code: 0xC0EA000A, it appears to be an issue with the licence acquiring. i also get the message: CLiP license ID does not match the device in the bound license. ive looked online and it seems this is an issue unique to roblox. i have also tried every solution i could find-resetting microsoft store, clearing the store cache, restarting the computer, running a sfc scan, checking for updates. nothing seems to work. is anybody able to help??
