Windows 10: Error in updating Windows 0x80070643 Please anyone help me!!

This error come when i Update for Microsoft Defender Antivirus antimalware platform - KB4052623 Version 4.18.2011.6 .

Try to apply the update manually As suggested by Microsoft. I just wrote a
step by step guide.

However be sure that the update itself is downloaded and that the installation part is failing, and not the downloading part.
