Windows 10: Error in Windows 10 related to DRIVER POWER STATE FILLED.

I ran a virus check using global detection, after that I changed the power to balanced so that the computer would consume less energy, after that I also changed the animations to performance. After an hour, an error related to DRIVER POWER STATE FILLED appeared and after rebooting, the desktop appeared with a changed parameter the distance between them was twice as large. After that, windows started to slow down a lot. And after a minute of trying to do something, the same error appeared again, after which it rebooted and so on in a circle.
