Windows 10: Error Installing Image after making changes

When i am creating a custom image from a base windows 10 1803 iso, the first time using sysprep and capturing the image, then adding iso setup files and replacing the install.wim with the captured one then using rufus to create the bootable usb works great the first time. But when installing the same image, making changes, then syspreping and capturing again and try to use that iso to install windows 10 again it fails. Here is the errors im getting from setupact.log:

and keeps going etc..

I have used hyper v and virutal box to create the vm, install windows10, add programs, sysprep and capture wim with winPE then replaced the install.wim in the iso then added it to usb stick to install it on clients

ive tried to narrow down the cause by using different usb sticks, using microsofts way of bootable usb by formatting to fat32 changing partition to active and pasting the iso contents into it and splitting the wim to swms instead of using rufus, and ive also been using this website as a guide:

its like the partition/boot information isnt being setup correctly, ive tried using gpt and mbr in rufus for uefi and regular bios to work but same problem or maybe capturing the image wrong but ive been trying different things for weeks any good links to more up to date guides would be appreciated!!

Linux Noob - Ubuntu fails on install GRUB error 2

Did you burn the image on the slowest setting possible? Pop your disc in and try checking the disc for errors (booting from the disc). If it has an error on it then you have a bad install.

I just googled your motherboard and ubuntu... This thread is on the list. XD

If it's a bad install I'd suggest a different version of Ubuntu or to try Fedora instead. I had nothing but trouble with 8.04.

Also, try your connections. Sounds stupid but maybe the CD sent it and the hard drive couldn't get it or some weird thing like that. (Talking out my rear end now, but it's worth a shot)

changing the background images

In order to help you better, could you please confirm a couple of things.

• Have you made any changes on the computer prior to the issue?
• Are you referring to desktop background image or lock screen image?

I suggest you to follow the below steps to change the background picture and check if it helps.

• In the search type as ‘Settings’ and click on it.
• Select ‘Personalization’, under ‘Background’ option select as ‘Picture’.
• Under ‘Choose your picture’ select any picture accordingly or you can browse the picture from your computer.

How can i make a bootable floppy image

I need to make a bootable floppy image file to emulate on an ibm management module so i can install scsi drivers for a windows install. I have no floppy drive or disk to make an actual. Please suggest software to use for this task.
