Windows 10: Error installing SQL Server Dev Edition 2022 on Windows 11

I've been stuck for a couple of days already with the failing installation of SQL Server 2022 Dev edition on win11 10.0.22621. The current error message I get during installation: I tried Repairing, reinstalling, removing all related registry keys, and renaming related folders in system files. No luck. I am aware of the issue related to system disk sector size greater than 4 KB. I couldn't install SQL Server 2022 in my Windows 11.

I couldn't install SQL Server 2022 on my Windows 11. I tried the workaround mentioned on the Microsoft website but still it didn't work. I later found out this issue is common in Win 11. I need help installing SQL Server 2022 on my laptop.

The error I'm getting: Couldn't find the database engine startup handle.

I request you to help me in fixing this issue as SQL server is needed for my college assignments.
