Windows 10: Error: KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED BSOD Blue Screen Of Death

I've tried to update my PC to the latest version using Update Assistant, after the PC restarted, it appeared the blue screen of death showing the error code: KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

I have tried all of the options there, Which is why i included in my post the lists of things that i performed to isolate the cause of bsod. Thanks
