    In order to help you with the appropriate troubleshooting steps, please reply with the following details:



    • Are you using a PIN to login to the computer? If yes, are you able to login to the computer?
    • Which build version of Windows 10 is installed on the computer? To check type:
      winver in the search bar on the Taskbar and hit
      Enter.
    • Were you able to use Windows Hello PIN to login to Office Online earlier?


    I would suggest you to post a screenshot of the page to get clarity on the issue that you are facing. Please refer
    how to include a screenshot in your postto
    upload the screenshot.



    Note: Make sure you don’t capture any personal information while taking the screenshot.
