Windows 10: Error: LiveKernelEvent PC getting crashed

Hi, I've built a new pc recently and if a static shock anything on the same breaker as my pc it crashes no matter if I am in Windows or the BIOS. Here is a windows reliability report, I need help interpreting it. I understand the gpu is the cause but i have the same problem with the new card after RMA.

I suggest you run rthdribl > http://www.daionet.gr.jp/~masa/archives/rthdribl_1_2.zip
Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?

 

Cheap Photo box that will get the job done

WEll i took on this project for PP hes a hardware reviewer and wants to get the professional looking pics for the Pc parts

Materials:

• Big cardboard box

• a razor

• white material 3 yards

• cone lights

• stapler

• medical tape

• pvc pipe about 6 inches longer than your box

• white paint any cheap finger paint would work

the project I'm guessing will cost me $30 if it works out properly
I will post pictures and step by step as i do it

 

LivekernelEvent - win32k.sys


Yesterday i get weird issue on Windows 10 when closing system. When i click close system ( turn off pc ) , system closed fine, pc closed fine. But next time when i booted to Windows 10 it boots fine but event log register that system goes off from sleep mode. Pc register livekernelevent: win32k.sys but there was not bluescreen i dont saw a bluescreen. So question. It is related to my hardware or system? LivekernelEvent - win32k.sys - it is related to hardware issue?
But why i dont saw a bluescreen and windows only report this?

Memtest86 no errors. Games are not crashing.

Windows 10 ,newest Anniversary update.

PC:6700k stock

Asus Z170-P

Corsair 750

16GB DDR4 Kingston

Gtx 1080

Maybe a BUG? because it does not display any BSODs or works strange.
