Windows 10: Error manually downloading 21H2

I am trying to download the ISO for 21H2 from the side, after entering the information I get the following error:ErrorWe encountered a problem with your request. Manually Download Update


I have a limited wifi issue. Toshiba states update KB3114149 may solve the issue. I can't determine if this update was included when I upgraded to 10586/1511 as it is not listed in Update History.

Is there a way to manually download that update ?

• Do let us know if the issue persists while checking for the updates via Windows Updates?
• Are you using wired/ wireless internet connection?
• Did you try to download the updates from different browser and check if the issue persists?

This issue might have occurred due to corrupted Windows Update components. Try the below troubleshooting steps and check if it helps.

If you are using wireless internet connection, I suggest you to switch to wired connection (Connected the internet cable to your device) and try if you are able to install the Windows Update.

Step 1: Disable the third-party anti-virus software.

NOTE: Antivirus software can help protect your computer against viruses and other security threats. In most cases, you shouldn't disable your antivirus software. If you have to temporarily disable it to install other software,
you should re-enable it as soon as you're done. If you're connected to the Internet or a network while your antivirus software is disabled, your computer is vulnerable to attacks.

If the issue still persists, I suggest you to uninstall the third-party anti-virus software.

Step 2: I suggest you to run Windows Update troubleshooter as it resolves
problems that prevents you from updating windows.

Steps:

• Press Windows + X, click on Control Panel, select
  Category and then select Large or Small icons.
• Click on Troubleshooting and click on
  View all in the left pane.
• Select Windows Update to run the
  Windows Update Troubleshooter and follow the on-screen instructions.

Windows 10 Manual Updates Management

I have just installed windows 10. When windows 10 is updating (and only when its updating) there is a chance the system will randomly hang/freeze.

This is very annoying and happens often but, only when updating.

In an attempt to avoid this problem, I have decided to manually download and install updates.

To do so, I have to do the following.

1. Disable Windows 10 automatic updates.
   
2. While windows 10 updates are disabled find and list all the required updates (preferable with a dependency tree of some kind)
   
3. Download the required updates manually.
   
4. Install the required updates manually.
   

I was able to figure out the steps (1) and (3) (and I'm guessing step (4) is a simple execution)

How should I go about achieving step (2)?
