Windows 10: error massage

am getting an error massage "location is not available" every time I try to open a file. It is looking for I:myfiles.11.28.23\onedrive.... I have never hgad an I: drive is this a onedrive thing or what.

my windows 10 on a HP Computer has error massage HPSF file not working

 

Error massage showing 0xc01500002

This error massage is showing when I goes to install an application . Is this problem on windows or the application , If windows issue pls help me out.
