    I use Microsoft Lumia 540 dual sim. My current build 15063. But after new update ( arm based divice i cant download Township game and maximum apps for this error code error code Code: 0x8007000B

    Hi awatz.

    Two things, next time this happens look along task bar and note which icons have a blue bar under them. If one is there you don't recognize hover mouse over it. It could be the app that click off error message

    Or..

    Note exact time and then use that time to see if there is more detail in the event viewer.

    You say this message pops up from time to time. Can you be more specific. Does it pop up when your power up, when you awake from sleep, when you do a restart, when you close a browser or is it truly just random?

    Have you audited your "Start Up" tab in task manager?
