Windows 10: Error message 0x803f8001

Hello! I have problem with my Game Pass on my PC. I already talked with microsoft support a several time, but unfortunatelly couldn't found a solution.The problem is: i got every time an error message 0x803f8001 if i try to start a game. We tried every solution, i think.. My subscription is live, we tried everything: wsreset, log out and login into Microsoft store and xbox app. Reinstalled xbox app, all settings resetted as default, reboot pc few times and i have a latest windows updates as well, but got the same error message. I tried the cloud gaming option as well, the game started there b
