Windows 10: Error message 1962, No operating system found.

I have a Lenovo Vantage with Windows 10 home edition. Two days ago it started to freeze up on me off and on and then it just went to a black screen with the error message 1962, No operating system found. I have turned it on and when the Lenovo logo appears I hit F12 and all the inside info comes up. I don't know what to do from there to get it to boot up at start up. Any answers to my problem?

After downloading the free Windows 10 upgrade, my son received error code 1962 "no operating system found". He had to do a hard reboot to get the computer to thaw. The same error code came back yesterday. We changed out the SATA cable, and received the
error code at boot up. I then got into the diagnostic screen at boot up and found the spot that looked promising, "save default settings" when I hit enter, and restarted the computer, it was all good.

My advice to fellow windows users, wait for a while to upgrade to windows 10, there are some bugs that still need to be ironed out.
