Windows 10: error message appears after removing a programme

Discus and support error message appears after removing a programme in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; I installed and then removed trend micro cleaner from my laptop.     I installed and then removed trend micro cleaner from my laptop. Now each time i logon I get the following error message. and even trend It could not fix it. they have told me that " windows.CrossDevise " is part of the operating system.I have tried "dism.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth" followed by "SFC /Scannow" all work Ok but the error message still appears. Does anyone know how to get rid of this error.

    Frequent and random appearing BSOD 'internal power error'.

    I first did step 7:
    I downloaded avastclear with the link provided. According to the instruction on the avast site, I rebooted in safe mode and started avastclear.exe

    However:
    After login, I got this [system error] message:
    Attachment 164133

    Then I starten avastclear and received these 2 error messages:
    Attachment 164135

    As this didn't work, I rebooted normally, and uninstalled avast the normal way with "add/remove programms".

    USB 'Safe to remove' message never appears

    The consensus seems to be developing that, if you click Eject and it disappears from the list, it's safe to remove because most Removable USB devices are defaulted to the "Quick Removal" Policy anyway.
