    Error message in Epson workforce printer event manager


    Hi I have an Epson Workforce Printer, I can use it just fine with WIFI however when I open the Event Manager nothing works, window comes up but I get this error message "Cannot connect to scanner check the scanner connection" I would like to change the destination of my scans from pictures to scanned items folder, & add my laptop so I can use it too, do I have to be connected via USB for event manager to work, if not how do I get it to work?

    Wow. I searched on a few of those keywords and saw some things relevant to HP printers but not Epson. Really interested to see what you find out. I've got an Epson workforce printer myself.
