Windows 10: error message: Oops, something went wrong Someone has entered an incorrect password for...

I am trying to login into my newly built PC. I am typing the right password and this is what I am getting when doing so. Also the recovery email isn't even my email. Any suggestions?

How to change Windows 10 incorrect password error message?

When I enter the wrong password at the login screen, I get the following message:

How can I change this to my desired error message?

here is how my screen look like




i am a bit confused between the PIN and password. Before the issue i was entering 4 digit number (i am guessing that's the PIN), since the issue, that PIN wasn't working, so i went into Microsoft account to change the password, i tried to enter numbers but it says needs to be a combination of letters and numbers for the password. Changed the password, went back to my Aesus laptop to enter that new password to get the message The password is incorrect, Try again
