Windows 10: Error message “something happened and you pin is not available” if I enter pin it keeps...

It appears that Microsoft has eliminated all but virtual support. I have tried for two solid days to find help and can’t even start a chat. My computer gets to the screen where you put in your pin and it gives the something happened pin not available message. I have tried going into the bios to boot another way or reset my pin and it goes to the same screen that doesn’t let you use your pin. This seems like something that can only be done by Microsoft.

Something Happened Pin not available. Password no longer recognised.

After setting up a pin, very next log in....message that "something happened and pin no longer available". Set up pin link non responsive. Then when entering password, the existing password is no longer recognised so can't access command prompt or sys reset. Please help!

I have a old PC updated to W10. I decided to use the PIN code, but now I get the message "Something happened and your PIN isn't available. Click to set up your PIN again."

When I click 'Set up my PIN' nothing, the same message reappears.

I looked up the issue on the internet and found that I should login using another sign-in option. However, there is no way to get to another option. The text above is all I see on the screen.
