Windows 10: Error message "The data area passed to a system call is too small" after Cumulative updates...

Microsoft automatically updated my computer and after the update, I can't use HP Designjet 500. When I do try to print, I get the message "The data area passed to a system call is too small". I can print to HP laserjet 500 color M551 PCL6 and to Dell C2665dnf Color MFP. I uninstalled update and I was able to print to HP Designjet 500. The next day, I see that Microsoft reinstalled the update over night and the problem came back. I uninstalled update and that fixed it again. Why is this happening? I guess the only thing I can do is to unplug the ethernet cable at the end of the day or turn off automatic updating.

cannot remove last update on windows 10 because windows 10 will not allow it..

I've recently installed windows 10. Whenever I try to open a jpeg file I get the following message:

"The data area passed to a system call is too small".

Any ideas please?
