Windows 10: Error Message This build of windows will expire soon

Hey guys, not sure if it is the right topic but, so I have an issue where this pop-up appears every so often



And plus, I don't get updates and can't change insider channel became grayed out



I have a genuine license, and I have no idea what causes this...

"This build of Windows will expire soon" Windows error message.

Hi community, I am asking about the notice that my build of Windows will expire soon. When I update to a newer build, it crashes my old Dell Latitude E6620 so I want to stay on this build but I don't want my Windows Insider Preview Build expiring because
then I'll have to update to the build that crashes my graphics card and PC.

Since Yesterday I keep getting a pop-up window with message:

"This build of Windows will expire soon

Your build of Windows will expire on 31-07-2020. You should move to a new build as soon as possible. Go online for more information."

On clicking "More Info" windows opens web browser and makes an attempt to visit the site "Windows Insider Program"
containing a message "We're sorry, we can't find the page."

I also tried checking for any new update but there is not any available.

The PC is first-hand store brought device with digitally activated windows by the company itself.

Can anyone please help me with the issue.

You are on an older build.

Go here and get the iso for build 16193 (Insider) or

15063 (non Insider).
