    error message trying to open check writing software


    I am receiving the error "Error creating object. Please verify that the Microsoft Data Access Components 2.1 or later have been properly installed". i am using Windows 10 with current updates This error does not allow the check software to completely open for use.any help would be apprectiated.

    Write errors.

    Messages? Talking smart write errors. Like you see in the health section of HD tune. I check before I copy a few hundred thousand files, then I check after and the number goes up.

    Error Message

    Hi Gordon-A,

    This error message usually occurs when there is a software updater running on your startup. As an initial troubleshooting, I suggest you follow these steps:

    • Open Task Manager by simultaneously pressing Ctrl + Shift + Esc.
    • Go to Startup tab, and check if Software updater is on the list.
    • If so, select it then click Disable.
    • On Search/Cortana, type "mscofig", then Enter.
    • On System Configuration window, go to Services tab.
    • Tick the check box beside Hide all Microsoft Services.
    • Check if Software updated is on the remaining list, then uncheck its box.
    • Click Apply and OK.
    • Restart PC.
